Quality Management Specialists needs to co-work with R&D team, local FAE teams and 3rd Party Service Center to be able provide good after sales services to our global customers. - Responsible from defining the criteria for after sales operation(includes RMA and Call Center) according to needs of the market - Responsible from selecting and managing the operation of 3rd Party Service Centers - Responsible from following DOA, Failures, Incidents and Product Repairs for each customer and creating reports weekly/monthly bases both internal and external - Responsible from communicating with R&D teams and customer to provide complete and on time infomration - Responsible from controlling the total cost of After Sales operations for each customer

Account Management Specialists needs co-work with different departments both within Foxconn like Sales, Factory, Finance teams and as well as customer. This role will cover below responsibilities; - Responsible from all the communication and information flow between customer and Foxconn includes agreements(NDA, sales agreement etc.) PO, open orders, new vendor creation etc. - Need to cowork with Sales team to create quotations for the Tender / Project or any other customer‘s request. - Responsible from internal PO and communication with factory PM for the order status, delay, etc - Responsible from collection Forecast from the customers and sales teams and update on the system - Responsible from Foxconn internal process for order, quotation and forecast management - Responsible from building a new team for Account Management both in Vietnam and Taiwan

負責產品:Wireless Access Point/ IOT Router/TelePresence/Core Router NPI PM A. Deliver the customer request to diverse team, and provide a leadership on program initiative. B. Bid the new project as RFQ, and evaluate the new product by limit condition internally. C. Claim the cost on each prototype build then arranging the logistic. D. Handling the DFM issue internally and host a weekly meeting with US/EU team. E. Cope with cross function team to make sure we follow the guideline and trouble shooting. NPI MPM A. BOM materials preparation and critical component pipeline. B. Supply Chain Management on raw materials commitment. C. Constrain the excess and obsolete within regional warehouse and EC change. D. Predict the material risk based on forecast, market supply, and capacity restriction then plan a mitigation. E. Solve all material relative issues by collaborating with buyer, supplier, warehouse, and production line.
