Responsibilities: 1. Product & Market Intelligence: • Become an expert in Garmin outdoor products, closely monitoring technology advancements and market trends. • Master all functions of the outdoor product and remain vigilant for potential opportunities or gaps between the product and its market. 2. Defining Market-Fit Unique Selling Points (USP) • Work closely with product and engineering experts to fully understand product features. • Define unique selling points to develop compelling product stories for communication purposes. 3. Training and Support: • Provide high-quality training, sales kits, competitor analysis, and essential content to the Asia marketing and sales teams. • Ensure key messages are communicated effectively to promote the product successfully. 4. New Product Launch Coordination: • Manage schedules for new product launches and coordinate the preparation of required assets. • Collaborate with the global team, marketing planners, and Marcom to execute launches effectively in Asia. 5. Internal and External Coordination: • Act as a bridge between engineering, marketing, and sales, coordinating internal and external efforts. Requirements : • Enthusiasm for outdoor activities is a plus; preference for candidates who regularly engage in sports such as marathons, triathlons, cycling, mountaineering, golf, diving, or other outdoor pursuits. • Strong project management skills. • Excellent English communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities, with a willingness to openly discuss issues rather than leave them unresolved. • A strong drive for results with proven leadership skills.

- Manage/Lead cost PM teams to meet target price, production schedule, and shipping plan - Responsible for project cost structure breakdown, summary, optimization and maintenance: - BOM List maintenance & cost analysis - Drive and optimize ODM/OEM project’s BOM costs with customer, supply chain, RD, project Manager to meet the target - Consolidate & Analyze project overall cost from RFQ, NPI, and MP - Work with manufacturing teams to review production/operation cost and improvement - To analyze/review margin and co-work with various function teams to improve profit. - Abnormal cost & PPV report update quarterly
