Manage/Lead cost PM teams to meet target price, production schedule, and shipping plan - Responsible for project cost structure breakdown, summary, optimization and maintenance: 1. BOM List maintenance & cost analysis 2. Drive and optimize ODM/OEM project’s BOM costs with customer, supply chain, RD, project Manager to meet the target 3. Consolidate & Analyze project overall cost from RFQ, NPI, and MP 4. Work with manufacturing teams to review production/operation cost and improvement 5. To analyze/review margin and co-work with various function teams to improve profit. 6. Abnormal cost & PPV report update quarterly

• Conducts Electronic structure studies on design for products, associated and subsystems components, and structures. • Analyzes market impact ,engineering proposals, process requirements, and related technical data pertaining to develop competitive product roadmap and portfolio plan. • Work alongside hardware, software and QA teams to deliver products on time, with quality • Work cross-functional teams (internal and external partners) to execute product development

1.專案規劃與執行： 負責從專案啟動、規劃、執行、監控到結案的全面管理，確保專案能按時、按預算完成並達到品質要求。 2.跨部門協調與溝通： 擔任客戶與內部團隊（研發、工程、製造、採購等）之間的溝通橋樑，確保資訊流暢並解決各環節的問題。 3.資源與進度管理： 負責分配專案資源，排定並追蹤專案時程，確保每個階段的進度符合計畫。 4.風險評估與管理： 預測並評估專案可能遇到的風險，並制定應變計畫，以降低專案延遲或失敗的可能性。 5.文件管理與報告： 建立並維護專案相關文件，如：專案計畫書、會議記錄、進度報告等，並定期向高階主管匯報。 6.客戶關係維護： 保持與客戶的良好互動，理解並管理客戶期望，確保客戶滿意度。

伺服器新產品試做, 量產導入, 協調掌握產品全生命週期之管理 1. 計畫流程進度排定追蹤執行 2. 各產品開發階段人員作業串接，溝通協調 3. 召開各產品開發階段會議 4. 客戶需求與產品規劃討論 5. 產品試產相關安排協調 6. 生產規劃 & 費用評估 7. 治工具 & 設備申購管理 1.NPI build management to make NPI on-time & Yield rate meet goal, which include 4M review & run up tracking. 2.NRE & MVA quotation in NPI & MP Sustain 3.NPI build strategy setting. DFX and build issue review and track. 4.ODM/OEM customer contact to update NPI status, quotation to customer. (Main contact windows with BU & customer) 5.Mfg process development plan 6.Capacity planning of each product. 7.MFG or Production Line introduction to customer 8.NPI build management: (build readiness review; In Build; Post-build quality review/DFM review/issue RCCA) 9.MP Readiness review and Announcement

1.Project management (e.g. Project schedule/ build plan, build readiness review / follow up have product TTM. Review risk assessment/mitigation plan.) 2.Issue management/tracking (e.g. DFX review/issue RCCA, Post-build quality review.) 3.Mfg NRE management include NPI; Sustain Spending management. 4.Material planning and procurement for NPI. 5.Mfg representative to customer & BU. 6.Leading Internal team.
