This includes evaluation and documentation of process outputs of hardware modifications/upgrades to existing systems. 2.Setup and complete experiments, collect data and generate reports for both internal and external distribution. Develop new processes for small variants to existing customer applications. 7. Present technical and marketing materials to a high standard. 8. 1. 協助廠長依據出貨排程，規劃生產計畫並執行生產調度。 2. 追蹤物料進度，確保材料到位並避免生產線因缺料停工。 3. 協助廠長處理生產異常，快速分析問題並與相關部門進行流程調整。 4. 協助廠長更新並維護生產數據，定期提供準確、清晰的生產狀況報表。 5. 協助廠長監控成品及原料庫存，通過管理避免資源浪費或短缺。 6. 協助廠長檢討與優化生產流程，分析瓶頸以提升生產效能與穩定性。 7. 熟練操作鼎新ERP系統，進行生產資料的輸入、審核以及歷史記錄維護。 8. 協助廠長支援產能規劃與生產排程評估，確保出貨時效與目標達成率。

1.生產工站之工作方法確定後，測定工站之標準工時，建立標準工藝路徑， 並於作業方法改變、生產流程或工藝變化、生產工具或設備改善時更新標準工時，以作為產品價格管理(成本分析)、設備管理、製定及調整生產管理及計劃、作業管理、效率管理之依據。 2.協同生技，對生產工作方法進行動作時間研究改善；就生產工站之布置、設備產能及負荷、夾具與容具、產品傳送等加以分析研究改善，以提高生產力。 3.對全程裝配作業進行分割與均衡，以利連續性裝配進行。 4.工廠營運相關績效指標之訂定、推動與評核。 5.依據生產需求、工時及直接員工工作配置等因素，核算/預估人力需求。 6.協同物管人員，對於物料需求系統及存量管制等提供評估、建議與協助。 7.負責工廠佈置規劃，優化物流，合理安排生產線排法，提高工廠產線空間利用率，減少材料及產品的周轉周期，提高生產效率。
