1.與施工者協商，確定施工計畫、水準及程序 2.在施工期間，應用建築原理與施工知識，進行實際檢核及測試，並監督工程使其符合設計規格及工料標準 3.向建築師或土木工程師報告進度及施工狀況 4.轉達施工要領，矯正不良施工，並協助解釋施工規範問題 5.協助辦理工程變更設計 6.現場安衛執行及查核 7.工地品管計畫之擬定，實施及修正 8.辦理品管教育訓練 9.依照品管標準進行工程進度以及施工品質監督 10.規劃並確保各施工階段之可行性與安全性無虞、與施工者協商，確定施工計畫、水準及程序 11.擔任營造廠主任技師工作,落實各階段工程品質查核及簽證作業、工作內容之分派 12.轉達施工要領，矯正不良施工，並協助解釋施工規範問題 13.協助工區進度、品質及成本管理，向建築師或土木工程師報告進度、施工狀況以及預算使用情形 14.整理完工後之相關資料並且建檔備查 15.對公家機關辦理相關勘驗及計畫資料整理

[Job Responsibilities] • Provide leadership and direction to fulfill contractual commitments and to maximize profits. • Plan and execute the project and manage the specialist functions of design, and construction via regular reviews of project progress. • Control and coordinate communications with the Client and ensure that the project is completed within overall objectives. • Monitor the interaction of various disciplines and call on specialized knowledge when required. • Understand programming and planning methods. • Excellent client-centric and communication skills. • Have good knowledge of design control procedures. • Have experience of managing all disciplines required for safe and efficient design of the project. [Preferred Skills and Abilities] • 10 year experience or above in Project Management or Construction Management. • Knowledge on Planning the phasing of Preliminary Design stage to Construction stage work. • Background in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction Management/ Project Management or relevant experience • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus • Ability to notice technical problems that might arise on site between engineering and construction **Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.**

[Job Responsibilities] • review and comment on technical proposal and Civil & Structure drawings from design unit or General Contractor. • ​Knowledge of civil and structure engineering and construction method. ​ • Experience of Steel Structure is a plus. • ​Control directly through subordinate’s civil & structure elements constructing, quality control, contract administration. ​ • Monitor the interaction of various disciplines and call on specialized knowledge when required • ​Monitor and control scope of work progress and issues. ​ • Attending regular meetings on site or online and providing professional advisory to client. ​ • Liaise with clients, professional organizations, contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors ​ • Solving technical problems that might arise on site between engineering and construction ​ • Prepare regular report in terms of construction progress, construction quality to client. • ​Refer major problems to the Project Director, Project Manager or General Manager. [Preferred Skills and Abilities] • 5 year experience or above in Civil & Structure supervision works • ​​Civil & Structure Quality Assurance certification is a plus **Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.**
