1. 大樓電力系統維護包括高低壓設備，不斷電系統，緊急發電機運轉記錄。 2. 大樓空調系統大型冰水主機，空調箱，冰水送風機，冷卻水塔運轉監控。 3. 大樓給排水系統汙水設備，廢水設備，連續壁，截油槽，放流口巡檢記錄。 4. 大樓消防系統維護包括消防泵補，消防栓箱，廣播系統，避難系統，火警系統。 5. 大樓弱電系統維護CCTV，門禁系統點檢 6. 大樓停車場設備擾流風機，進排風機，照明系統，停車場系統定期性檢測。 7. 上述系統設備皆為施行一、二級設備維護保養及定期檢查設備，以符合安全規範和程序。 8. 各項表單之合理化、標準化、電腦化與執行。 9. 其他主管交辦事項處裡。
