TSMC is looking for a digital transformation engineer in logistics transportation field to work on optimizing cost-efficiency, smart operations and green transportation. As this role, you will not only re-engineer automatic operations through digital technologies, but also help us achieve supply chain excellence by continually improvement projects/tasks. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Reinforce concrete domain knowledge through daily operation handling, such as shipment arrangement, payment operations, Customs clearance/audit/trade law compliance, logistics service provider KPI management. 2. Review existing processes and identify areas of improvement to achieve logistics model excellence. 3. Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and service level. 4. Champion the digital transformation tools and conduct training to relevant parties. 5. Develop global logistics network and local regulation compliance solutions. 1. 使用AutoCAD進行板金加工相關的技術圖紙繪製、修改與文件輸出。 2. 使用SolidWorks進行3D建模，設計板金零件與組件並製作爆炸圖。 3. 確保圖紙準確性，並檢查設計是否符合工程規範與製造要求。 4. 與製造團隊協調設計需求，完成設計轉製及技術問題解決。 5. 根據客戶需求設計板金樣品，並進行尺寸與結構優化。 6. 進行技術分析，評估製造可行性及成本效率，並提出設計改善建議。 7. 熟悉鐵板、管材及型鋼特性，選擇適合的材料進行板金設計作業。

負責自動化設備之機構設計與電控整合， 工作內容包含： 1. 自動化設備機構設計、組裝與調整（治具/模組設計，Fixture/Module Design） 2. 電氣配盤規劃與元件選用（馬達、變頻器、感測器等） 3. 配合進行PLC控制邏輯調整與I/O測試 4. 設備試車（Run-off）與性能驗證，確保運作穩定 5. 異常分析與故障排除（機構/電氣整合問題，Troubleshooting） 6. 現場設備安裝、定位與客戶端試車（Site Acceptance Test, SAT） 7. 撰寫技術文件（操作手冊、維護說明、測試報告）

1.負責一般文書資料處理工作 2.維護、更新、管理、歸檔各類文件檔案 3.處理工程驗收資料、貨物整理、與廠商及客戶溝通事宜 4.加工件入料檢驗 5.處理並協助主管交辦事項 6.願意主動學習、溝通、處理事件、作事態度積極

工作內容： 1.廠區內各機械設備日常維修保養。 2.年度保養維修排程。 3.廠務相關事務。 4.具冷凍設備維修/機電/水電相關工作經驗。(可培訓) 5.主管交辦事務。
