一、核心職責 1. 軟體部署與維運管理 負責公司銷售及自行研發的軟體之安裝、版本更新、環境設定與後續維護。 依據客戶端系統環境進行相容性檢查與安裝前需求測試，以確保順利導入。 2. 事務設備與資安系統整合 規劃事務設備（如 MFP、週邊裝置）與資訊安全架構之整合方案。 執行系統架設、功能驗證與持續維護，確保設備穩定運作並符合資安要求。 3. 文件流程電子化建置 依據企業需求規劃電子化流程架構，進行系統整合、平台建置與維護。 協助優化文件作業流程，提高作業效率與系統可用性。 4. 配套軟體測試與品質控管 進行事務設備相關配套軟體之功能測試、版本驗證與發佈管理。 建立並維護測試流程、版本紀錄與異常回報機制，確保專案品質與穩定度。 二、跨部門協作 與研發、業務、工程團隊協作，提供技術支援與導入建議，確保專案順利運行。 協助彙整客戶端問題並回報主管，推動專案持續優化。 三、必要能力 基本網路架構與資訊安全概念。 具備軟體安裝、系統整合或事務設備支援相關經驗佳。 具備良好溝通能力、問題分析能力與自我管理能力。

1.重要工程與品質面的需求，協助工廠與客戶／業務溝通。 2.客戶重要的需求／抱怨／聲音讓工廠聚焦。 3.經營發展與客戶（一般）關係，並Benchmarking客戶及競爭者 相關資訊。 4.客協調客戶來訪之行程／議題，參與重要工程／品質活動討論，以掌握業務變化情形及客戶需求。 5.客戶抱怨登錄，monitor 至案件結束。BU溝通客戶抱怨與相關之品質事件。 6.追蹤相關部門回覆狀況，並避免造成損害擴大。 7.參與定期工程與品質會議，以掌握NPI的狀況及客戶需求。
