/ Job Overview / - Manage sourcing for categories not represented by Sourcing Leads in a region from New Supplier Identification, arranging RFQ and execution of awarded programs in timely manner. - Provide data and information to Sourcing lead and Sourcing Manager for supply base analysis. - Resolving Quality issues directly with assigned suppliers and support QAR management process - Develop and manage broad and deep supplier relationships with assigned suppliers to optimize financial and operational performance. - Negotiate with assigned supplier relationships to ensure lowest total cost of procurement and various commercial terms and performance Metrics. - Maintain Cost inflation and supplier performance data reporting for the entire category aligned with Sourcing Manager. - Responsible for securing compliance to terms and conditions of Supplier Agreement Letter. - Implementation of service metrics by driving supplier performance measured by on-time delivery, quality, compliance etc. - Collects Market Intelligence data on Suppliers , Competition , Commodity Trends and Best practices

*本職缺為長期派遣職，一年一簽。 負責稅務發票的開立與寄送，並提供內部與外部稽核支援。 【工作內容】 1. 維護 DataSun 主資料在 DataSun 中完成稅務發票/貸項通知單，並附上所需的支援文件 （EX：客戶簽署的預算單、採購單、被轉嫁的第三方發票副本等）。 2. 根據客戶帳單流程，將發票/貸項通知單及支援文件寄送給客戶。 3. 跟進被退回的稅務發票/貸項通知單。 4. 根據法規，將發票副本及相關支援文件歸檔，並符合保存規定。 5. 應收帳款（AR）帳單憑證及附件的歸檔（需保留紙本與電子檔）。 6. 協助財務團隊主管解答來自營運公司（OpCos）、SOX 或稽核的問題。 7. 財務團隊主管分配的臨時任務。 • DataSun master data maintenance . • Finalise the tax invoice/credit note in DataSun with required supporting documentation (e.g. signed Client estimate, PO, copies of third party invoices being recharged etc.) . • Dispatch to Client the invoice/credit note and supporting documentation according to the Client billing process. • Follow up on rejected tax invoice/credit note . • Archive tax invoice copy and supporting documents aligned to retention rules on hard copy invoices, depending on local legislation. • AR billing vouchers and attachments filing (both hardcopy and softcopy required). • Support Finance Team Lead to explain queries from OpCos, SOX and Audit • Ad-hoc task assigned by Finance Team Lead.
