Ensure the products received align with the number of order and quality standards set by hotel. 1.Work closely with Purchasing Team to schedule the orders and receiving. 2.Maintain strict compliance to hotel service standards and department policies in order to conduct daily procedures of receiving. 3.Document and track the receiving records of hotel to ensure the products meet the requirements for quality of operation. 4.Coordinate with each department to schedule receiving while maintain close and effective communication with them. 5.Manage and maintain cleanliness and order of receiving area. 6.Ensure all procedures of unloading and receiving are aligned with the Practices of Food Sanitation and Safety. 7.Report the status of delivery and shortage or inconsistency of products in time. 8.Audit daily receipts and handle documents. 9.Conduct the receiving audit according to the Practices of Food Sanitation and Safety and ensure all documents are filed and kept for audit.
