Technology Scouting & Market Intelligence • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor manufacturing and advanced packaging. • Identify future equipment opportunities related to: ◦ Hybrid Bonding ◦ Wafer-to-Wafer Bonding ◦ Die-to-Wafer Bonding ◦ Temporary Bonding & Debonding ◦ Advanced Packaging Lithography ◦ RDL Processing ◦ Heterogeneous Integration ◦ Chiplet Integration ◦ Silicon Photonics ◦ Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) ◦ Glass Core Packaging ◦ HBM Packaging Technologies • Analyze competitive technology developments and provide strategic recommendations. 2. Strategic Customer Engagement • Establish and maintain technical relationships with key customer engineering and technology organizations. • Support technical discussions with process integration, module engineering, R&D and advanced packaging teams. • Participate in customer technology reviews, workshops and roadmap discussions. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers. 3. Product & Technology Strategy • Translate customer technology requirements into actionable product development recommendations. • Support long-term product roadmap planning for: ◦ Wafer Bonding Systems ◦ Temporary Bonding & Debonding Platforms ◦ Hybrid Bonding Solutions ◦ Advanced Packaging Lithography Systems ◦ Large Field Exposure Technologies • Identify technology gaps and future investment opportunities. 4. Competitive Intelligence • Monitor competitive activities, product launches and technology roadmaps. • Benchmark competitor solutions and identify differentiation opportunities. • Deliver regular market and technology assessment reports. 5. Business Development Support • Support strategic account planning and opportunity development. • Prepare technical presentations, technology assessments and business case evaluations. • Support major customer pursuits and technology evaluations. 6. Industry Engagement • Represent the company at major industry conferences and technical forums. • Build relationships with semiconductor research institutes, industry organizations and ecosystem partners. • Maintain awareness of emerging technology developments across the semiconductor industry.

1. Tool installation and service support based in Hsinchu office but not limited to work in Hsinchu area. 2. Preventive maintenance on Photo-Mask Equipment. 3. Participate on service review meetings at customer site. 4. On-call duty at night and weekend is required on rotary base. 5. Windows operation system skill is required for tool software update. 6. Obligate to learn new products and training on new tool abroad. 7. Assistance in application and sales to promote SUSS products. 8. Other service task assigned by management.

Support systems or machines of SUSS products, mainly related to hardware but might involve software troubleshooting in some occasions. 3. On a rotary basis, job holder is required for on-call duty. 4. Obligate to learn new products through daily work and training events; required to attend training events upon arrangement. 5. Required to participate in customer service meetings, maintain positive relationship with customer contacts. 6. Write reports on time for the purpose of administration, service events, technical data and improvement. 7. Proactively takes ownership on resolving service problems. 8. Assisting in application and sales to promote SUSS products toward customers. 9. Other service task assigned by management.

We expect the candidate is fluent in English, with mature communication and teamwork skill for better efficiency. Your mission: • Demonstrate your design skill for designing and optimizing the mechanical module of the DSC lithography process machine. • Possess strong DOE ability for system error analysis and execute test plan. • Involved in NPI project to MFG team for new system, feature and technology. Perform trouble shooting, technical support and process improvements to fulfill the goal of production output. • Involved in CIP and maintenance project for mature product. • Initiate and validate engineering changes and familiar with ERP system for document management. • Strong mindset and experience of risk assessment, cost evaluation and cross function cooperation. Business travel requirement: • Less than 2 month a year.

Tasks: -Establish, revise and implement project-related safety and health policies, plans, procedures and standards. -Develop and implement occupational safety and health management plan. -Conduct safety and health audits. -Investigate incidents and formulate improvement recommendations and track improvements. -Inspect machinery and equipment to ensure they comply with safety regulations. -Establish work safety regulations and plan and provide personal protective equipment according to work needs. -Plan and implement employee safety training and workplace environment monitoring. -建立、修訂及執行專案相關安全衛生政策、計畫、程序書及標準。 -擬訂職業安全衛生管理計畫並落實執行。 -執行安全衛生稽核。 -事故調查並擬定改善建議，追蹤改進情況。 -檢視機械設備以確保符合安全規範。 -建立作業安全規定，並因應作業需求規劃供個人防護器具。 -規劃、執行員工教育訓練及實施勞工作業環境檢測。
