The Head of APS is responsible for the end to end management of the application and platform landscape, covering production environment system BAU (Business As Usual), infrastructure, and information security operations. The role oversees vendor relationships, budget planning, and team leadership while ensuring alignment with group wide standards and strategic objectives. Strong English communication skills are essential for effective interaction with corporate stakeholders and external partners, and a solid project management mindset is required to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead, mentor, and develop a cross functional team (system engineers, infra & security specialists, BAU analysts). 2. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conduct periodic reviews, and manage escalations. 3. Prepare the annual APS budget, track expenditures, and ensure cost effective delivery of services. 4. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL/ITSM best practices. 5. Define and maintain the target infrastructure roadmap (cloud, on premise, hybrid). 6. Work closely with the security function to embed security controls, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements into all APS activities. 7. Champion major transformation or migration projects (e.g., cloud adoption, platform modernization). 8. Apply project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile) to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. 9. Serve as the primary point of contact for group level technology committees, auditors, and business owners. 10. Drive automation, DevOps, and observability initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities 1. Compliance & Risk Management a. Monitor investment limits and ensure strict adherence to investment compliance frameworks. b. Manage internal controls and risk management processes regarding investment activities. c. Regularly review, update, and maintain investment procedures, policies, and all related governance documentation. d. Support the audit process for Asset Management Company (AMC) mandate management. 2. Operations & Trading a. Execute trades across multiple instruments, including Term Deposits (TD), FX Spot, ETFs, and Mutual Funds (MF). b. Facilitate and support the account opening process for both self-managed accounts and mandates. c. Coordinate and participate in Local Investment Agency (LIA) meetings. 3. Reporting & Project Management a. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports for the Investment Committee, LIA, Head b. Office (HO), and other key stakeholders. c. Act as a key contributor to strategic company projects. 4. Tactical asset allocation process a. Contribute to the design and the enhancement of the tactical asset allocation process. b. Support the elaboration of Cardif view and associated justification regarding tactical asset allocation orientation, portfolio optimization or portfolio construction
