This role involves cross-functional collaboration to support overall operations—best for people who can coordinate within established systems and processes and help ensure operational stability. 1.Handle general customer complaints and related quality incidents. 2.Ensure that customer requirements regarding product quality and responses to quality issues are properly implemented. 3.Participate in customer quality-related meetings, compile relevant data, and follow up on pending items. 4.Coordinate and communicate with related departments regarding general customer quality requirements and turn-key complaint cases. 5.Attend internal and external meetings related to customer complaints, and track corrective and preventive actions for complaint cases.
