本職務主要負責協助公司對接科技產業客戶之技術需求，針對客戶製程、檢測、自動化及設備整合需求，進行技術分析、方案規劃與跨部門協調，提供完整且可執行的解決方案。 1.客戶技術需求分析與解決方案規劃 1-1.深入了解半導體、電子製造及科技大廠之製程、檢測與自動化需求。 1-2.針對客戶實際應用情境進行技術評估，提出適合之設備、系統及整合方案。 1-3.協助將客戶需求轉化為具體技術規格、系統架構及導入方案。 2.業務技術支援與售前顧問 2-1.配合業務人員進行客戶拜訪、技術簡報、設備提案及需求討論。 2-2.當客戶涉及較深入之技術、製程或系統整合問題時，擔任主要技術溝通窗口。 2-3.協助客戶進行設備選型、技術可行性分析及導入前評估。 2-4本職務非以直接銷售為主要工作，而是以技術專業協助業務完成完整解決方案。 3.設備與系統整合 3-1.協助工業檢測設備、光學系統、X-ray、自動化檢測設備及相關系統之整合。 3-2.與原廠、客戶及公司內部技術團隊共同確認介面、通訊、軟硬體及自動化需求。 3-3.協助執行驗證測試、應用測試及系統導入。 4.AI與自動化應用整合 4-1.未來將配合公司 AI暨自動化相關部門，共同規劃智慧檢測、自動化設備及AI應用方案。 4-2.協助整合機器視覺、影像辨識、自動化設備及檢測數據應用。 4-3.參與跨部門技術專案，協助建立完整之智慧製造與自動化檢測解決方案。 5.專案技術協調 5-1.擔任客戶、原廠、業務與公司技術團隊間之技術橋梁。 5-2.協助掌握專案技術需求、執行進度與問題排除。 5-3.針對客戶特殊需求進行技術研究，提出改善及解決方案。 【我們期待的你】 ◆對科技產業、半導體、精密檢測、自動化或智慧製造具有高度興趣。 ◆具備良好的邏輯分析能力，能將複雜需求整理成具體解決方案。 ◆不排斥面對客戶，能與工程師、主管及不同部門進行技術溝通。 ◆喜歡解決問題，而不只是單純操作設備或執行例行維修。 ◆具機械、電機、電子、光電、自動化、資訊或相關工程背景尤佳。 ◆具設備整合、FAE、售前工程師、應用工程師、系統整合或自動化相關經驗者優先。 【職務定位】 這不是單純的設備維修工程師，也不是以業績為導向的直接銷售職務。 我們期待你成為連結 客戶需求、業務、技術團隊與原廠資源 的關鍵角色，透過技術專業協助客戶找到最適合的解決方案，並逐步參與公司未來 AI、自動化與智慧檢測整合專案。 自備交通工具(汽車)者，本公司將提供油資、汽車保養補貼

協助設備或製程進行研發或實驗 1. 組裝、安裝或拆除、接管線、清潔、測試或量測半導體美商應用材料生產設備：顯示器設備為主 2. 設備系統操作，修改或除錯，定期或不定期維修保養 3. 取樣及量測：晶圓鍍膜、玻璃鍍膜及量測 4. 整理物料：將更換的零件做清點、整理、搬運、裝箱預備，偶爾會搬運到重物(2人搬40公斤) 5. 駐南科客戶-台灣應用材料製造中心廠區，上班在實驗室內（無塵室） 6. 此職位為本公司正職，至應材工作為約聘身分(合約為公司對公司，工作為長期穩定，員工不需再跟公司簽合約)，薪資可談

In this position, what you will be doing: 1. PVD system (Sputter, Evaporator) maintenance - Equipment Preventive/Predict maintenance and troubleshooting. 2. Coordinator and accomplish project - developing (investment and maintenance) budgets and ensuring investments and technical projects toward established goals. Evaluating, selecting and ordering appropriate equipment for the productions. 3. System performance monitoring and continuous improvement - analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime or resolve production issues if necessary. Monitors functional-specific trends and derive recommendations for improvements, analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime or resolve production issues if necessary. 4. Training - Providing technical support and training to maintenance staff (e.g., with preventative maintenance programs). Providing local support and consultancy on dedicated subject matters or processes (e. g., as ‘System Owner‘, ‘Process Owner‘) 5. Develop and update SOPs for equipment operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

You will be responsible for Photo process area and reporting which includes monthly maintenance cases analysis, equipment performance, continuous improvement, spending analysis. What you will be doing: -Maintain and troubleshoot CVD and diffusion furnaces. -Lead equipment improvement projects. -Manage new equipment installation and buy-off. -Develop and update SOPs for equipment operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Production, and Vendors) to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing equipment performance and throughput while supporting production plan and enhance EHS of the department.
