我們正在尋找一位專業、負責且具備良好現場溝通能力的【工安工程師】，負責監督每一項風險作業的安全落實，確保每一位夥伴都能在安全的環境下高效工作。 【核心職責】 1. 現場作業安全督導： ●工程現場執行每日巡檢。 ●工具箱會議，落實勤前危害告知。 2. 承攬商管理與協調： ●審核承攬商之工安證照、機具檢驗資料及動火/高架等特殊作業申請。 ●監督工地進出場管制。 3. 現場文書與計畫執行： ●依專案需求撰寫並執行工地安全衛生管理計畫。 ●紀錄每日工安日誌，並負責現場工安資料的彙整與報驗。 4. 其他主管交辦之現場管理與支援事項。 ※理想特質※ ◆有工地現場管理經驗。 ◆面對工班敢說、說得動；面對業主能清楚說明。 ◆對安全標準不妥協，也能承受現場壓力。 ◆可依專案需求外縣市出差或長期派駐。 ※加分條件※ ◆曾於 半導體廠區（如台積電）現場擔任工安相關職務 ◆具備 丙種勞工安全衛生業務主管 或其他職安相關證照

Key Responsibilities - Maintain and support wire bond equipment to ensure high uptime and reliability. - Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions. - Perform preventive maintenance and drive continuous equipment improvements. - Support production operations and minimize equipment downtime. - Work with Process, Production, and Quality teams to improve yield and product quality. - Lead and drive equipment qualification, sustaining, upgrade and automation projects. - Analyze equipment performance data and implement productivity improvements. - Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation. - Train and mentor technicians on equipment operation and troubleshooting. Requirements - Bachelor‘s degree or above in Engineering related field (Mechanical, Electrical are preferred). - Minimum 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience. - Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. - Familiar with SPC, FMEA, 8D, and continuous improvement methodologies. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Able to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications - TOEIC ＞600 or other English comprehensive certification - Experience with wire bonder, eg K&S Rapid; ASM AERO...etc - Knowledge of automation, SECS/GEM, and equipment data analysis. - Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.

Production Management - Ensure all testing processes run smoothly during the night shift - Monitor production targets (Output、OTD、Cycle Time、WIP) - Quickly respond to downtime/abnormal test results and equipment issues 2. Communication & Escalation - Act as the first point of contact for emergencies during night shift - Conduct detailed handover with day shift production manager - Escalate major problems to senior management or engineering teams Job Qualification: - Bachelor‘s degree or above in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) - At least 10 years of production/manufacturing experience - At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations. - Proficient in English communication with foreign employees.
