【職務說明】 負責派遣人員報到、錄取行政、招募協助及資料建檔等相關作業，需與現場主管及內部團隊配合，協助人員順利到職。 【工作內容】 ⭐協助長期派遣、臨時派遣人員報到作業。 ⭐處理錄取文件審核、資料確認及系統登錄。 ⭐協助招募流程，包含面談安排、候選人聯繫及臨工招募。 ⭐準備報到相關資料，如名單列印、條碼製作及權限設定。 ⭐協助派遣人員轉正流程及主管交辦事項。 【工作時間】 日班：08:00－17:00 晚班：14:00－23:00 每週六或週日需配合排班值勤一天。 【工作地點】 桃園大園／新北瑞芳 【薪資待遇】 月薪 35,000元起 依學經歷、相關經驗及面談表現核定，條件佳者可再議。 【條件要求】 ✔️大學以上學歷，人資、企管或相關科系尤佳。 ✔️具人資、招募、行政或現場人員協調經驗者佳。 ✔️熟悉 Microsoft Office，具基本 Excel、PowerPoint 操作能力。 ✔️細心、有責任感，具良好溝通協調及多工處理能力。 ✔️能適應快節奏工作環境，具抗壓性，可配合假日排班。
