Digital marketing planning & implementation – Manages and executes global-inclusive-workplace marketing campaign and website. Provides concrete thoughts for implementation and organizes distribution through various promotion channels. Measures and reports on the performance of campaigns and initiatives, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 3. Project management & support – Conducts internal assessments related to global-inclusive-workplace to assist in work environment, policy development, and improvement. Executes and supports projects and ensure the program success. Collaborates and co-ordinates globally with stakeholders across TSMC and the Company’s HR functions, helps design methods to evaluate the progress of corporate work and identify potential approaches to improving outcomes.
