職責要求
• Be based on HQ HR policy, execute Site’s C&B operation, including employee attendance, payroll, social security, insurance, organization planning, expat management, promotion, performance appraisal etc.
• Be based on HQ HR policy, execute ER processes, covering employee’s resignation, employee’s dispute, employee communications, employee engagement, retention programs etc.
• Plan TW C&B and ER’s annual working plan to achieve TW Site’s HR or business goals
• Upgrade HR team’s competency to next level, and cultivate more HR global young talents
• Optimize HR’s processes and upgrade HCM (Human Capital Management)
任職資格
• Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of experience in human resources field, more than 7 years in C&B function.
• Capable leadership and management skills, with active cross-team communication skills.
• Strong execution ability, detailed oriented, organization and planning ability, willing to take new challenges
• Good English communication capability
