Gather the engineering issue and communicate the technical information with customer present proposals to clients with competence and confidence. 2. Project Management -Ability to construct a critical path project schedule, and setup milestone for the potential risks management in development stage. -Coordinate with the members from different departments to ensure project can run properly. -Receive the product information and share information at each level of organization to ensure everyone is working towards the same objectives. -Knowledge of basic construction practices and project management techniques. -Ability to work with sensitive deadlines, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Effective problem-solving skills.
