崗位職責： 售後全流程把控：負責工程起重機設備售後服務，按流程完成故障診斷、維修、保養等任務，保障設備正常運轉，提升客戶滿意度。 區域售後支撐：及時響應客戶技術支持需求，協調資源解決設備問題，保障客戶業務不受影響。 銷售協同助力：參與產品備件及主機銷售，瞭解需求痛點，提供專業方案，推動銷售增長。 臨時任務落實：高效執行領導交辦的臨時任務，配合公司業務發展。 人員要求： 學歷：職高及以上學歷，專業對口，有駕照。 維修經驗：有起重機相關的維修經驗，熟悉設備結構原理，能處理常見故障。 專業技能：精通機械原理，熟練維修液壓、電氣系統，準確判斷並解決故障。 職業素養：喫苦耐勞，可適應駐地國家長期出差；有團隊合作精神和溝通能力。

The Business Manager holds the responsibility of managing the businesses and customer portfolio, co-working with UMC internal function teams and reporting to the General Manger/Senior Director of UMC BV (EMEA) - Executes and strive to outperform the Business Plan (BP) targets index in term of sales revenue, wafer shipment, ASP and product tape-out - Build-up high level network and relationship with customers and vendors by profiling and penetrating key decision makers; understands the customers’corporate/foundry strategy, technology and product roadmap, competition landscape and end customer/markets trend - Collects market intelligence and develops short & long term business plan based on the forecasting of customer tape outs, volume demand and internals’resources allocation (engineering resources, capacity) - Taking the leadership role to coordinate cross the company’s different function team in order to achieve the short & long term business plan - Manages the business portfolio growth and develops the risk mitigation plan by identifying market/customer demand risks - Represents the company in front of the customers’ high level management and serve as the champion of customer to internal professionally - Identifies new business opportunities from the existing and potential new customers that matches UMC and customer’s corporate/foundry strategy

We are looking for a backend-focused Fullstack Engineer to become a key player in our team. Your primary focus will be developing and maintaining backend services with Go, while also contributing to frontend development using React and TypeScript. You will help build, enhance, and maintain efficient and scalable web applications, contribute to the transformation of our current Angular 9 application to React, and collaborate with other teams in an agile and iterative development environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go. • Build integrations between backend services, databases, external systems, and frontend applications. • Improve the performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of backend applications. • Monitor application performance and system health, and troubleshoot technical issues when needed. • Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript. • Contribute to the transformation of our current Angular 9 web application to React. • Build reusable and maintainable frontend components and user interfaces. • Set up and maintain GitHub-based deployment pipelines to automate application and service deployments. • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices. • Work in an agile, cross-functional team where collaboration is key and development is iterative. Required Skills: • Strong professional experience developing backend services and APIs with Go. • A solid understanding of how to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend applications. • Proven ability to integrate backend services with databases and other applications. • Confidence in diagnosing application issues and improving system performance and reliability. • Practical experience contributing to frontend application development. • Familiarity with modern frontend development practices and component-based architecture. • Ability to integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs. • Comfortable working with Git and automated deployment workflows. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in an agile, cross-functional team. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice to Have: • Familiarity with AWS or another major cloud platform. • Hands-on experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases. • Knowledge of Kafka, asynchronous communication, or event-driven architectures. • Previous involvement in migrating frontend applications from Angular to React. • Practical knowledge of GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools. • Exposure to infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform. • A good understanding of microservice architectures and their integration patterns. Interview Process 1. First Interview – Online An interview with HR and a Senior Software Engineer, conducted in Mandarin and English. The interview will cover both behavioral and technical topics. 2. Second Interview – Online An interview with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, and team members, conducted in English. The session will cover technical topics and provide an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other. 3. Final Interview – On-site A conversation with the General Manager, conducted in Mandarin and English, offering both sides an opportunity to get to know each other.
