•Manage the Automotive Contract Manufacturing (CM) project from RFQ to mass production, overseeing all aspects of the process. •Lead cross-functional teams to meet targets for schedule, milestones, build phases, cost, quality, and manufacturability. •Work with the R&D and Manufacturing (MFG) core teams to understand product requests and requirements. •Guide the execution of the project to ensure milestones and build phases are met, including budget control. •Manage and implement engineering changes. •Maintain strong partnerships with both customers and vendors. •Provide regular status updates to management. •Act as the interface between the R&D engineering team, the Manufacturing team, and customers.
