Job Responsibilities
1.Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
2.Integrate and expand current customer resources to achieve both personal and team sales targets.
3.Manage customer requirements, maintain accurate client records, and coordinate delivery schedules.
4.Willingness to travel for short- or mid-term trips within Taiwan or other parts of Asia.
5.Drive individual performance first, followed by contributing to team targets.
6.Understand the market, product applications, and related production processes.
【Mandatory Interview Requirement】
Before the interview, please prepare a 3–8 slide PowerPoint presentation (PPT), covering:
Product, industry, market, and customer analysis, including your sales strategy.
Your personal development plan in three stages:
6 months
12 months
24 months

業務工程師 工作內容：
1.開發新客戶、客戶交際、維護。
2.整合既有客戶資源，老客戶新開發、個人業績與團隊目標達成。
3.處理客戶各項需求、客戶資料處理、客戶交期對應。
4.能配合出差 (短期、中期於台灣地區或亞州其他地區)
5.先個人業績目標達成進而團隊業績目標達成。
6.熟悉市場業務與相關產品製程。
◎ 面試前請準備三到六頁的PPT簡報，【沒準備一概不接受面談】內容如下：
1.關於產品、產業、市場分析以及客戶分析與業務銷售策略。
2.階段性目標計劃：個人 6個月、12個月、24個月三個階段。
