Job description:
• Lead formulation and optimization: Develop and refine CMP slurry and PCMP cleaner for advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with TSMC: Work closely with TSMC and other partners to ensure successful integration of products into their production lines.
• Cross-functional teamwork: Collaborate with technical sales, QC & EHS, and Lab teams to drive product development and process optimization.
• Experimental analysis: Conduct experiments, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and yield.
• Team management: Manage a team of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring to achieve project goals.
• Industry awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CMP and PCMP technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.
• Supplier and partner relations: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure timely availability of high-quality raw materials.
Qualifications:
• Education: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the semiconductor industry, focusing on CMP slurry and PCMP cleaner development.
• Track record: Proven success in product development and process integration.
• Collaboration: Experience working with key industry partners like TSMC.
• Leadership skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Communication skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
