MAJOR DUTIES： - Overlook project development from initial tech pack to successful commercialization - Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, driving products enhancements. - Regularly monitored customer feedback to identify improvements/ investment areas, enhance product and service quality. - Innovation/ Company product promotion - Maintain/ build/ extend strong relationships with key customers, contribute to sustained business growth. Qualification： o Excellent English skill, both written and spoken o Knowledge of footwear development process and product creation life cycle in the industry. o General knowledge of footwear manufacturing, like injection molding and mold making process is preferred. o Experienced project manager with project management, critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
