Key Responsibilities: • Conduct electrical design activities, including hardware selection, system structure design, and review of electrical schematic drawings. • Develop control software by defining software functional specifications and programming PLC, HMI, SCADA systems. • Participate in various projects, including capital expansion, new technology development, solution migration, and process control improvement. • Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from system design to installation, start-up, training, and technology transfer. • Utilize advanced skills in PLC, HMI, SCADA, automation integration, and data transfer as required by each project. • Demonstrate fundamental knowledge and provide equipment control logic and flow. • Willingness to travel and provide weekend and shift coverage as needed for projects. 【學經歷要求】 • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field. • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in industrial control or automation. • In-depth understanding of automation industrial processes, including design, fabrication, FAT, installation, quality control, hot debugs, and SAT. • Expertise in PLC, HMI, SCADA programming, device application, and equipment integration. • Familiarity with Allen-Bradely PLC, HMI, VFD, and SERVO system programming, iFix SCADA development, OSI PI, and all the integration. • Strong understanding of electrical design practices, machine/motion control systems, electro-mechanical systems, VFD and Servo programming, communication protocols, and practical application. • Ensure proactive safety measures for all equipment and processes, adhering to NEC, NFPA70, NFPA79, ISO 13849, ISO 13850, SISTEMA, and other relevant safety codes. • Experience in construction system structure in a plant network environment or ISA-95 architecture, including higher-level communications protocols. • Ability to gain a fundamental understanding of process issues and utilize troubleshooting skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). • Strictly follow safety procedures and ensure awareness, such as Lock-Out Tag-Out. 【薪資福利】 *年薪：100~145萬 (依學經歷核薪) *福利:勞健保/勞退提撥/免費團保/餐費補助 *享三節禮品/尾牙聚餐/新進員工勞工體檢補助/免費年度健檢/年度流感疫苗補助 *優於勞基法特休/全薪病假：到職即享有特休10天(未滿一年依比例)、全薪病假14天 *不放假紀念日給予彈性假4天 【此職缺為派遣職，長期職務，派遣合約一年一簽，依工作狀況續約】
