1.Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures. 2.Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring of network, endpoint, and cloud environments. 3.Administer and optimize enterprise security solutions such as firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, IAM, and intrusion prevention systems. 4.Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to support threat detection, incident response, and compliance monitoring. 5.Lead security incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate remediation efforts. 6.Conduct internal cybersecurity audits across sites and ensure remediation of identified gaps. 7.Support IT audits conducted by key customers and provide required evidence and documentation. 8.Support regulatory compliance efforts and alignment with industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). 9.Partner with IT, OT, and business units to integrate security requirements into projects and operations. 10.Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and drive remediation activities. 11.Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. 12.Deliver security awareness training and promote a strong security culture across the organization.

協助全球 AI 算力平台架構的環境佈署與配置作業；參與雲端服務資源的日常維運、自動化資源分配之參數設定及性能監控。配合利用容器化技術 (Docker/K8s) 進行效能瓶頸初步排查，支援優化 MLOps 工作流並協助撰寫技術維護文件。 Assist in environmental deployment and configuration of global AI computing platforms. Participate in daily operations of cloud resources and parameter setting for automated resource allocation. Support initial performance troubleshooting using container technologies (Docker/K8s) and help optimize MLOps workflows and documentation.

Leveraging your technical expertise and fluent English communication, you will act as the crucial bridge between Taiwan‘s and US clients. You will ensure systems run smoothly and reliably, serving as a key local driver for our overseas growth and brand reputation. 工作職責 (Responsibilities) : 1、客戶端硬體功能組件問題分析及處理 Analyzing and troubleshooting client-side hardware components. 2、與專案管理、技術支援、工程相關人員配合，確保達成品質、效能與時程要求 Collaborating with PMs, tech support, and engineering teams to meet quality, performance, and timeline goals. 3、售後技術支援與客服問題紀錄與追蹤 Tracking and documenting post-sales tech support and customer service issues. 補充說明 (Additional information) : 1、提供全新裝修、採光明亮的員工透天宿舍 Fully renovated, naturally lit townhouse accommodation provided. 2、備有公務車使用 Company car provided for official use.
