We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Robotics Engineer who bridges the gap between classic motion control and modern Physical AI. In this role, you will develop core robot motion control algorithms, design real-time system architectures, and pioneer the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies (such as Sim-to-Real, Reinforcement Learning, and Vision-Language-Action models) into physical robotic systems. Responsibilities: 1. Develop core robot motion control algorithms, including kinematics/dynamics modeling, trajectory planning, servo tuning, and vibration suppression. 2. Establish real-time control architectures and fieldbus communications (EtherCAT / real-time Linux). 3. Develop calibration, teaching, visual servoing, and force control functionalities. 4. Design control architectures compliant with functional safety requirements, and integrate systems with upper-level MES/AMHS.
