1. Technical documents writing including -Risk management plan and report -Post-Market surveillance plan and report -General safety and performance requirements report - EC declaration of conformity 2. Regulatory affairs of CE including: -administrative and technical documents preparation -solve various problems in whole process -file dossiers with quality management requirement 3.Product registration including new and renewal. 4.Ensure to obtain the regulatory certificates on time for supporting business requirements. 5. ISO 13485、MDSAP、UKCA、Taiwan QMS、Taiwan GDP 6.Establish good working relationship with officials and experts in authorities, good communication and negotiation with officials and reviewers to guarantee smooth registration

Job Responsibility: • Monitor the whole process quality of new products introduction and manufacturing such as the process of SMT, assembly & packing. • Follow up products testing and ensure the reliability of all company products • Identity the problem during the product development and manufacturing process and take the corrective improvements • Provide technical advice and trouble-shooting on all quality issues • Communicate and collaborate with different key stakeholders (like internal departments, suppliers and customers) when there is production problem happened • Handle customers‘ compliant in a proper way which includes establishing improve way for the internal standard and reply the customer’s compliant report appropriately • Risk management to foresee any potential quality issue in NPI nor MP stage • Handle any ad-hoc projects 工作職責： 1.監控新產品導入及制造過程（如SMT、組裝、包裝）的全程質量 2.跟進產品測試，確保公司所有產品的可靠性 3.識別產品開發及制造過程中出現的問題，並采取糾正改進措施 4.針對所有質量問題提供技術建議及故障排除 5.當生產問題發生時，與不同的關鍵相關方（如內部部門、供應商及客戶）進行溝通與協作 6.以適當方式處理客戶投訴，包括建立內部標準的改進方法，並恰當回覆客戶投訴報告 7.風險管理，預見新產品導入或量產階段任何潛在的質量問題 8.處理任何臨時項目 Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Quality Engineering or relevant disciplines. • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in quality control, manufacturing, or engineering. Knowledge of ISO13485 and IATF16949 is highly preferable. • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Quality Manager / Quality Manager. • Experienced in New Product Development stage to communicate with customers on design assurance testing and defining quality criteria standards • Experienced in problem-solving and continuous improvement tools; 8D, 5-Why, DOE, SPC, and others. • Detail-minded with good communication, inter-personal, problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills. • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese • Willing to frequent travel to overseas manufacturing sites. 任職要求： 1.持有機械/電子/電氣/制造/工業/質量工程或相關學科的學士學位 2.至少3年質量控制、制造或工程方面的紮實經驗。熟悉ISO13485及IATF16949者優先考慮 3.經驗更豐富者將被考慮擔任助理質量經理/質量經理職位 4.具有新產品開發階段與客戶溝通設計驗證測試及制定質量標準方面的經驗 5.具有問題解決及持續改進工具（如8D、5-Why、DOE、SPC等）的使用經驗 6.注重細節，具備良好的溝通、人際交往、問題解決、分析及表達能力 7.中英文（書面及口語）流利 8.願意頻繁出差前往海外生產基地
