Are you an experienced IC design expert/architect with a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology? MediaTek, a leading semiconductor company, is currently seeking talented professionals to join our team! Work location: Hsinchu/Taipei/San Diego/San Jose

1. Create power models and simulate software design for power optimization to achieve world-class low power consumption. 2. Design software throttling mechanisms and corresponding software/hardware 3. Collaborate with IP, SoC, and software teams to analyze system power consumption, with a focus on automotive scenarios, and drive the evolution of SoC low power hardware and software architecture. 4. Evaluate different architecture and IP options during product specification definition, analyze system power experience, and generate power dashboards to support product decision-making. 5.Conduct or assist in power measurement and calibration against power model estimations; analyze PMIC/Power rail design, SoC power states, and data-path power, and propose SoC design optimization solutions. 6. Understand related requirements and propose system power management framework. Elaborate power on sequence for key scenario in early stage for new projects.

1. Interpret customers’ functional safety requirements into SoC requirements 2. Define the SoC level architectures to meet functional safety requirements 3. Communicate and coordinate safety designs with cross-function IP teams 4. Perform system safety analysis (ex: FMEDA)

1. Researching and crafting architecture solutions for die-to-die and chip-to-chip communication, optimizing for performance, area, power, security, and resiliency 2. Working with other design teams to define interfaces and flows between D2D blocks and the rest of the chip 3. Architectural modeling, validation, definition and documentation 4. Driving implementation across design, verification, firmware and software teams

【依專長及技能分發】 一、軟體工程 1.開發動力電池/儲能系統／能源管理系統(EMS)/電池管理系統相關軟體。 2.進行前後端系統、資料庫與API之設計與整合。 3.協助軟體測試、自動化流程與平台優化。 二、韌體工程 1.開發 MCU／嵌入式系統韌體（如BMS、PCS 控制、AUTOSAR）。 2.支援通訊協定(CAN、Modbus、UART)串接與驗證。 3.與硬體團隊合作進行除錯與系統功能驗證。 三、硬體工程 1.負責電路設計、原理圖繪製、Layout與硬體驗證。 2.參與儲能系統、電池管理系統(BMS)等產品開發。 3.進行測試、故障分析與可靠度改善。 四、測試工程 1、熟練使用CAN解析工具進行自動化測試。 2、熟悉CAN網路通信協定。 3、數據分析及整理。 五、機構工程 1.熟悉Pro/E軟體操作。 2.具備機械結構設計經驗。 3.有機械結構應力分析經驗。 六、系統認證(車用/電池) 1.負責法規認證執行、溝通與文件準備。 2.協助樣品整備、打箱、寄送與實驗室測試排程執行與追蹤。 3.依據法規要求編寫技術文件（TDF/CDF/使用說明書/測試計畫/風險分析等）。 4.協助檢視與確認標籤及相關證書申請。 5.與多方窗口展開協作，推動認證進度執行。
