1. 客戶技術問題的對應窗口。 2. 對量產產品生命中期功能增強提供技術支援及物料驗證 (例如: 新硬件及軟件的驗證)。 3. 重大客訴品質異常緊急介入，分析RMA不良數據，找出根本原因及給出解決方案。 4. 工廠生產支援 (物料替代料評估，FW導入及EC發行)。

1.負責銀行後勤管理及法遵相關應用系統之開發與維護 2.負責應用系統之管理與監控、系統問題預防、系統效能調校、版本提升等作業

1. Virtual machine application and management, reconciliation, environment deployment, patch update, vulnerability management, operation monitoring; 2. Video conference support services, establish a video management system, support video connection, and strive to ensure the stability of video conferencing; 3. Daily office network configuration (WiFi/VPN/VDI/WWW, etc.), terminal defense (virus scanning, intranet access); 4. Responsible for daily IT operation and maintenance (Windows desktop, network, domain control, server, information security control); 5. Mailbox system management and operation and maintenance, Microsoft 365 system background operation and maintenance management, client operation and maintenance support; 6. Fixed asset management (common demand list writing, procurement and acceptance, system installation, distribution and return, inventory, etc.); 7. Network switch and routing configuration, network, security engineering planning and equipment room construction, computer room inspection and equipment maintenance, etc.; 8. 1. Design, develop, and maintain test automation codebase such as Python/Bash/Powershell scripts 2. Experience in manual/automation testing of server centric/rack-level validation 3. Extensive communication and collaboration with stakeholders from firmware/BIOS/BMC/Silicon-Vendor teams for planning and developing solutions.

1.協助電力轉換器之硬體/韌體測試 2.電力轉換器電路圖繪製與電路佈局(PCB layout) 3.協助電力轉換器整合測試 4.協助備料、焊接等相關工作 5.協助實驗室需用元物料採購、代理商協尋等相關工作 6.協助實驗室相關庶務工作(如元件分類、BOM表整理、元件歸檔、實驗室整理等)

1.領導客服團隊，完成任務 。 2.四向車ASRS及AMR/AGV等相關設備維修。 3.規劃部門組織發展(如AOP)…等。 4.設備客服經驗5年以上。 5.上級交辦事宜。
