Your work will focus on optimizing manufacturing workflows, enhancing material preparation processes, and supporting data analytics services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, you’ll ensure our solutions meet real-world production demands while delivering scalable and efficient software to improve manufacturing performance. 【Responsibility】 Design, develop, deploy, and maintain backend software for internal manufacturing execution systems. Collaborate with internal users and process engineers to understand requirements and build tools that streamline production workflows. Enhance and maintain existing backend web services with a focus on reliability and scalability. Optimize system performance to handle large data volumes and high throughput. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the platform to ensure a smooth, reliable experience for all users. 【Requirements】 Proven experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend systems. Proficiency in C# (preferred) or other backend languages such as Java or Go. Highly proficient in using AI coding tools and agents (such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor) to enhance coding efficiency, assist in complex debugging, and accelerate overall backend development and delivery processes. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on performance optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is a plus but not required.

本職位主要負責建置並最佳化數據管線 (Data Pipeline)架構，為跨部門團隊提供資料收集與處理流程設計。需具備從零開始建立並持續優化資料系統的能力，經驗豐富的數據管線設計師與ETL開發人員的角色。將協助軟體開發人員、資料庫架構師、數據分析師與資料科學家提供數據專案的技術支援，確保專案中交付的數據品質，以滿足團隊、系統與產品的數據需求。 1. 數據平台開發：設計並實作現代化數據平台或資料湖倉，透過自動化流程提供數據應用與服務，並優化架構的擴展性。 2. 數據管線開發與設計：開發資料湖倉的ETL流程；負責驗證載入後的資料品質，並建立必要的監控與效能調校程序。 3. 數據分析協作：運用工具擷取營運效率與關鍵業務指標以提供業務洞察；與業務分析師、資料科學家及產品管理團隊密切合作。 4. 業務需求分析：扮演分析角色，快速且徹底地分析業務報表與分析需求，並建立及維護報表與流程的技術規格文件。
