Work alongside multinational clients and Garmin associates to expand global horizons. 【Responsibility】 1. Serve as team leader of Technical Testing Development team, responsible for team management and cross function team collaboration. 2. Set team target. Allocate resource, schedule according to priorities, and work with team to achieve the goals. 3. Develop automation test tools/fixtures which can be used to test the software/hardware functions (e.g., Media, Navi, BT, Connected services, and vehicle networks) of all of our automotive products. 4. Develop test scripts and execute automation test for system validation, as well as improve validation processes and methodologies. 5. Collaborate closely with Garmin global associates to develop, maintain and enhance automation test tools. 6. Research the new technology and new testing feature / facility, particularly regarding automation and AI technologies for the automotive products. 【Minimum Qualifications】 1. 5+ years software development experience; 3+ years team/project management experience (OEM/ODM experience is preferred). 2. Expertise in one or more of the programming languages C, C++, C#, Python. 3. Experience with one or more of software, firmware, hardware design for automation test. 4. Experience with git, gerrit or SVN. 5. Good English communication skill. 6. Good teamwork ability. 【Preferred Qualifications】 1. Familiar with Automotive products, LLM, NLP and deep learning, as well as common testing metrics. 2. Experience with CAN bus/Vector CAPL. 3. Experience with testing fixtures/equipment control. 4. Experience with Image processing or audio processing. 5. Experience in quality assurance for Automotive, AI-related products, or understanding of basic principles and techniques of LLM, NLP, and deep learning, as well as familiarity with common testing metrics.

1.熟ASP.NET 2.從事電腦軟體的程式設計、修改、安裝、測試及維護 3.確認軟體程式的目的與功能，進行程序開發及測試 4.從事相關系統程式開發、管理與維護，及客戶服務與支援

1.根據產品規格，制定測試計劃以及撰寫測試案例。 2.配合版本發佈計畫，執行測試工作，產出產品測試報告，提出產品優化方向建議，持續優化測試流程，把關產品上線品質。 3.與自動化測試工程師配合，支援部分自動化測試工作（ex: API測試等）。 4.產品日常維運問題案件處理，與客服、營運、RD、PM配合釐清問題發生情境、找出問題根因，並回饋相關人員進行修正，追蹤問題處理情況 。 5.網頁:手機測試占比約7:3，熟悉 iOS 及 Android 系統，手機平板電腦操作。

1、熟悉開發車用IVI相關的應用程式經驗 2、與產品經理、UI/UX設計師討論需求，帶領團隊開發使用體驗佳的Android App 3、具語音助理整合與手機CP/AA投屏認證經驗尤佳 4、與第三方車用軟體整合及溝通協調 5、 能與客戶討論軟體規格及定義開發時程 6、撰寫單元測試與整合測試及相關文件，確保軟體的穩定性與效能

1.Support the entire development process from NPD engineer design inputs through to mass production. 2.Understand NPD design concepts from sub-components to assembled products. 3.Collaborate closely with sourcing teams and vendors to assess capabilities and develop sub-components. 4.Work with NPD engineers and vendors to complete Design for Manufacturability (DFM) for each OS-made component. 5.Design assembly fixtures from prototype to mass production stages. 6.Develop and document assembly Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to optimize manufacturability.
