負責國際知名運動品牌客戶之客戶專員，與客戶、工廠、海外姊妹社溝通協調。 1. 拉鏈副料開發: 品牌當季拉鏈開發需求，確認並掌握開發進度，確保客戶下單前如期完成新開發並建檔。 2. 訂單管理: 訂單品質、交期、客訴處理。 3. 新商品推廣: 客戶拜訪、參展、行銷企劃。 4. 專案管理。 5. 客戶關係管理與維護。 6. 其他主管交辦事項。

Establish standardized development processes and workflows to improve efficiency and team collaboration. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in sports footwear development or sample department management. Strong knowledge of footwear structure, materials, development procedures, and transition from trial to mass production.
