Lead new sports footwear development projects, from concept design, prototyping, and trial production to mass production. Develop product line direction and development strategies based on market and customer needs. Collaborate with brand, R&D, and manufacturing teams to ensure development outcomes meet cost and quality targets. Establish standardized development processes and workflows to improve efficiency and team collaboration. Train and mentor development staff to build a culture of cross-functional collaboration and innovation. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in sports footwear development or sample department management. Strong knowledge of footwear structure, materials, development procedures, and transition from trial to mass production. Proven project management and cross-functional communication skills with the ability to lead teams independently. Experience working with international brands or customers is preferred. Good command of English communication. Career Development: Core management position in a new business division, with opportunities for promotion to Deputy Manager or Manager level. Participate in brand collaboration and new product strategy planning, with strong potential for career growth.

1. 醫療護具、運動護具、運動服飾、配件等相關產品企劃，提出新產品方案。 2. 運用市塲調查、客戶產品與競品分析的資訊，結合產業與材料趨勢，以及運動傷害、復健領域的痛點，設計新產品。 3. 產品設計包括 : 外型設計、版型製作、材料選用等規格制訂與打樣。
