工作目的： 在整個宜福門售前，售中和售後流程中負責提供技術支持。 工作職責： • 與銷售團隊緊密合作，在售前，售中和售後流程中為我們的銷售工程師以及我們的客戶提供技術支持和建議，包含產品介紹、驗證解決方案、解決技術問題和提供銷售支援，例如客戶和銷售工程師的現場技術支持、調試和培訓。 • 熟悉所有的產品線產品，包含操作原理、功能、優勢和可行性。這有助於建立客戶信心，並促使您主動判案和解決技術應用的挑戰。 • 維護技術文檔，包含尺寸圖、參考材料和應用數據。 • 保持高度的積極性和承諾，幫助銷售團隊推廣ifm的創新解決方案。 需要對產品、應用、銷售工具、報價和銷售論點進行培訓。 • 參與銷售團隊的聯合客戶拜訪 (包含實體及線上) • 將提供給客戶針對產品的技術參數、規格、選型、故障等ㄧ系列諮詢服務。 • 技術支援客戶範圍包含全台，辦公室坐落於高雄總公司，無外出時須進辦公室。

Technical 1. Responsible for providing quality repair and preventive maintenance service of company equipment at customer sites. May install or relocate customer equipment and perform associated start-up and check-out procedures under supervision 2. Perform on-site preventive maintenance. Order and replace defective units, components or parts as appropriate. 3.Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. 4. Determine corrective actions required and escalate for assistance and prompt resolution with the support of technically more experienced staff for assistance and guidance when assessing severity of malfunctions and determining corrective actions required. 5. On the job Training (OJT) to assist with installing and start up and/or relocating equipment at customer’s site. 6. Remain up to date on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals and other relevant materials. 7.Execute project action items under direct supervision 8. Perform other related duties as assigned by senior FSE / supervisor Leadership 1. May Provide on-site instruction to sub-contractors and customers Customer Relation 1. Professionally represent the company to the customer. Be committed to customer satisfaction and develop good customer relations by maintaining standards of conduct acceptable to both Lam and customers. 2.Shadow more experienced engineer at customer site

1. 進行產品測試與校正，確保船舶設備運作精準與符合品質標準。 2. 協助解決設備安裝過程中的技術問題，執行診斷與故障排除。 3. 進行設備維護檢查，提出改善方案與專業建議以優化性能。 4. 提供施工技術支援，編制技術文檔、系統圖紙及影音操作指南。 5. 策劃並撰寫社群內容，拍攝產品展示影片與圖片以提升品牌曝光。 6. 執行廣告設計與品牌宣傳策略，確保產品信息傳達準確無誤。 7. 參與技術規範制訂，協助團隊推動相關工程計畫的執行。 8. 與客戶進行技術交流，提供售後支持並解釋產品功能與應用。

1.從事沖頭、沖模之維修及模具架設、調校、處理。(作業上以連續模/順送模為主) 2.裝配模具零組件，並使用量錶等工具檢驗尺寸。 3.按照指示進行設備之操作、檢驗與維修等工作。 4.機台操作及例行性機台清機保養。 5.完成主管交辦事項。

1.具備工廠廠務及總務事務處理之相關經驗。 2.維護廠務系統及庶務性事務作業可正常運作。 3.統籌管理維護建築物公共安全、消防安檢、設備維護(水/電力/空調/消防/門禁/監視系統…等)、廠區環境清潔、水電維修、公務車輛管理、電信郵務、年節祭祀、園藝維護...等業務。 4.庶務性及雜項採購事務處理。 5.主管交辦事項。

1.策略採購(sourcing) 1.1 集團新廠區雜項採購, 包含生產設備, 廠區整改工程...等, 負責開發當地新供應商。 1.2 集團關鍵直材策略採購, 包含半導體芯片,傳感器, 當地化材料...等, 開發新品牌供應商。 1.3 詢比議價, 簽決定點供應商, 年度合理化, 採購合約審閱, RFQ BOM成本審查, 相關內部系統資料維護。 1.4. 商務主責對應供應商, 能獨立作業、有效談判、並解決問題 2.供應商管理與開發 2.1 強化關鍵供應商策略合作關係, 訂定集團採購策略, 即時掌握供應鏈市場訊息。 2.2 視需要出差海外, 開發潛在供應商(北美、印度、中國…)。 3.其他事務 3.1 支援集團代採購業務。 3.2 定期製作相關管理報表。 3.3 主管交辦事項。

1.系統維運： 負責國內外使用者軟硬體異常排除，製作標準作業程序 (SOP) 文件與教育訓練。 2.基礎設施管理： 執行伺服器 (實體/虛擬) 操作、機房設備 (網路/UPS) 監控與基礎維護。 3.備份與復原： 執行週期性備份計畫。 4.行政與權限： 執行人員帳號權限設定、資產採購詢價與盤點作業。 5.資安支援： 支援日常資安工作，配合資安政策執行。 6.AI 自動化： 利用 AI 工具輔助編寫腳本 (Scripting)，處理重複性維運工作。 7.語言能力： 具備基礎英文讀寫能力者優先 (加分項)。

1. 負責印度廠區採購需求與團隊管理，包含雜項(MRO)採購與直材採購開發。 2. 負責印度廠區雜項(MRO)採購，包含新廠房裝修工程、生產設備(SMT, 組裝線)、當地所有部門的零雜、維修、 耗材等採買需求。 2.1協同請購單位, 與供應商評估交流方案 2.2詢比議價, 商務條件議定, 開標定點供應商 2.3簽訂採購合約與驗收付款 3. 配合集團策略開發印度當地直材供應商，詢比議價定點供應商、 供應商審廠登錄、試產物料跟進等相關流程。 4. 協助印度廠區其他部門與採購/供應商相關異常處理。 5. 同致印度聘僱。
