1. 新產品功能測試程式開發, 擬定產品測試計畫(Test Plan), 可與客戶溝通. 2. 需具備基本電腦 PC 相關概念, 包含主機板上零配件知識及基本電子電路架構的常識; 有車用電子相關經驗者尤佳. 3. 擁有 TOEIC 等英/外語證照者及願意外派者尤佳. 4. 具備Python撰寫能力者尤佳. 5. 需協助產品失效原因分析, 及改善測試良率及效率. 6. 需協助 優化產品測試程式, 並增加測試覆蓋範圍.

1. Coordinate the team to handle the automotive project quality and monitoring during NPI build to MP stage. 2. Leading the team to handle the product’s quality issues during the whole product’s life. 3. Automotive customer’s CR/CSR feasibility study and coordinate the team to well prepare the related activities (such as self-assessment, quality improvement execution, internal/external audit, etc). 4. Lead the team to establish the quality operation flow/documentations, follow and fulfill the CR/CSR of the automotive customer. 5. Regular meeting with the team or customer and report preparation. 6. Preparation for customer visits/audits, reception and host meetings and follow-up of related matters.

1.Act as a technique leader to initialize high level product architecture and features. Lead the cross-function team to define the product proposal starting from ground up or customer requirements. 2.Responsible for technical engagement and requirement analysis from customers. 3.Support program managers in defining project scope based on market research or customer assumptions. 4.Responsible for system level documents of automotive development process. 5.Key component/supplier survey and technique engagement. 6.Emerging technologies research and define product roadmap.

1.開發並執行測試計劃，測試車用電子產品的系統功能、性能和可靠度 2.使用各種測試設備和工具進行測試，編寫及維護測試腳本和測試自動化工具 3.分析測試結果和產品缺陷，確保產品的品質和穩定性 4.參與開發過程，並為提高產品可測性和測試效率提出建議 5.與開發團隊及其他部門合作解決問題，以確保產品的成功生產和交付 6.了解ISO16750, VW80000, GMW3172相關廠規測試項目尤佳

1.負責電子、PCB或機構料件之供應商品質管理、輔導、稽核與評鑑 2.處理材料品質異常與異常改善 3.召開供應商品質會議，推動品質持續改善活動 4.執行零部件供應商定期稽核活動 5.確認供應商零部件APQP/PPAP規劃/執行與審核 6.偕同RD及採購部門執行新供應商遴選/評鑑

1.整合並規劃三電系統(MCU/BMS/VCU)，並應用於電動平台或載具上。 2.跨部門以及與供應商整合和協商溝通。 3.熟悉基礎電路設計與通訊(CAN BUS)應用。 4. 研究市場應用與法規。
