職責要求 1.負責企業數據中台整體架構規劃與設計，包含資料蒐集、整合、清洗、轉換、儲存、服務化與治理機制。 2.規劃並建立資料整合架構，串接 ERP、CRM、WMS、TMS、MES、AS/400、Oracle、MySQL、API、檔案交換等內外部資料來源。 3.設計資料模型、主數據架構、資料分層與數據倉儲架構，建立可擴展的數據平台。 4.規劃 ETL / ELT、資料交換、資料品質監控、Metadata、權限控管與稽核追蹤機制。 5.建立資料標準、命名規範與欄位定義，提升跨系統數據一致性。 6.與營運、資訊、系統開發團隊合作，將業務需求轉化為可執行的數據平台架構。 7.規劃數據服務能力，如 API、資料服務層、報表資料層、分析資料集，支援 Tableau / Power BI / AI 模型應用。 8.評估雲端或地端數據平台技術方案，提出導入藍圖、分階段建置計畫與資源配置建議。 9.負責關鍵技術選型、PoC 驗證、效能優化、資安與高可用架構設計。 10.推動數據平台建置專案，建立團隊技術方向與落地方法論。 任職資格 1. 至少具有5年的資料平台、資料倉儲、數據整合或資料架構規劃相關經驗。 2, 熟悉大數據技術，如Kafka、Spark、Airflow、dbt、Flink、Docker、Kubernetes 等。 3. 熟悉關聯型和非關聯型資料庫設計與建置，如Oracle, IBM DB2, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL等。 4. 熟悉至少一種程式語言，例如Python, Java, C#。 5. 熟悉數據模型設計和ETL（Extract, Transform, Load）過程。 6. 具備 BI 平台導入經驗，如 Tableau、Power BI。 7. 有數據治理和資料目錄建設的經驗尤佳。 8. 有數據質量監控和優化的實踐經驗尤佳。 9. 良好的專案執行、問題解決和溝通能力。
