Responsibilities Process and coordinate securities and derivatives transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices, ensuring accurate and timely settlement. Monitor settlement activities and evaluate data to identify errors, implement corrective actions, and maintain the quality of completed tasks. Apply data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvement opportunities within the securities and derivatives settlement cycle. Analyze operational data to support recommendations for new products, services, or platform enhancements. Identify gaps in existing policies and propose practical steps to streamline settlement workflows and reduce processing risk. Prepare operational reports and analyses in line with defined procedures, ensuring outputs meet accuracy and compliance standards. Coordinate with internal teams across functions to ensure assigned settlement tasks are completed effectively and within established controls.

Responsibilities Process interbank remittances and domestic payment and return payment transactions accurately and within required timelines. Handle tax payment processing and ensure all transactions comply with applicable procedures and controls. Coordinate cash management activities including check processing, return items, and lockbox operations to support daily transaction flow. Resolve pending items and conduct offline investigations to address customer and non-customer service inquiries effectively. Perform sanction screening disposition and apply required compliance checks to minimize operational risk and financial exposure. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production testing cycles, providing structured feedback on outcomes and project-related activities. Assist management with administrative functions and contribute to operational project needs as required by the team.

Responsibilities Produce customized transaction services reports by analyzing operational data to inform business decisions and support client deliverables. Monitor transaction workflows and investigate errors to maintain adherence to audit standards and internal control policies. Resolve transaction processing issues by applying technical expertise and conducting thorough analysis of complex operational scenarios. Coordinate with internal teams and external clients and vendors to anticipate needs and deliver accurate, timely transaction outputs.
