You will be deeply involved in the operation and maintenance of state-of-the-art ophthalmic surgical equipment. Through clinical shadowing and equipment training, you will ensure that every surgical machine is in optimal condition, providing our clients and visually impaired patients with the most precise and safe medical services. 1. 指導客戶正確使用Cpap及Bipap呼吸治療設備，並提供完整衛教服務。 2. 維護醫院及診所醫師關係，推進產品應用及相關合作。 3. 評估患者呼吸狀況，協助制定適合之治療計畫。 4. 操作與維護呼吸治療設備，確保儀器正常運作。 5. 解釋醫療數據與病歷，幫助醫師及患者了解狀況。 6. 進行產品銷售與教育推廣，解答客戶疑問。 7. 參與醫學培訓及品質改進，提升個人專業技能。

1.協助部門行政流程申請（費用請款、核銷等）。 2.負責部門合約及客戶文件之整理、管理與歸檔。 3.協助整理客戶醫療簽證及相關行政文件。 4.客戶資料與名單整理及維護。 5.配合外勤作業，每週約1–2次至移民署、海基會等機構辦理文件，或寄送物品。 6.外文官網及社群平台日常維運，如：文案/素材上傳、翻譯文章上架、整理部門資料庫等。 7.協助部門活動企劃籌備業務，如：講座物資準備與行政支援。 8.其他主管交辦事項。 ➣TOEIC 600分以上或同等。具第二外語、護理、營養執照為加分項目。

1.客戶諮詢：透過通訊軟體等方式提供生殖療程、醫療簽證、細胞運輸等諮詢。 2.客戶服務：療程中提供現場口譯與陪診服務。 3.海外機構開發與維護：開拓並維繫海外合作業務，與海外的機構進行業務洽談，共同推進客戶療程、更新合作合約。 4.市場調查：定期調查國內外人工生殖領域之法規、補助、趨勢等。 5.排班安排：周一至周六依工作需要輪班，週日固定休假。無需大夜班。 6.參與國內外活動企劃籌備與執行，有國內外出差行程需配合。 7.行政支援：處理主管交辦的行政業務，協助公司內部流程的順利運行。 8.人際與溝通技能：具備同理心與跨領域溝通協調能力，積極主動，樂於學習並富有責任感。 ➣TOEIC 600分以上或同等。具第二外語、護理、營養執照為加分項目。
