Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to translate user requirements into clear, executable technical specifications for AI applications. 2. Develop innovative AI models and network architectures that align with technical specifications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and high-performing. 3. Define overall test specifications and conduct validation to guarantee the robustness and reliability of the designed AI solutions. 4. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge research into practical solutions, bridging the gap between theoretical innovation and real-world applications. 5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Collaborate closely with hardware design teams to integrate in-house AI models with compiler frameworks, optimizing overall system performance. 2. Deeply understand the computational features of AI models and provide feedback to both hardware and AI model design teams for enhanced efficiency. 3. Develop solutions that address hardware resource limitations and instruction set architecture constraints while supporting diverse AI model operations. 4. Design and implement compiler optimizations to maximize throughput and minimize latency for AI workloads on NPUs.

對韌體撰寫有熱忱且樂於主動學習者，撰寫各種控制器韌體程式 執行韌體產品開發流程，檢測韌體產品，焊接，量測，故障檢測 與硬體及軟體工程師溝通配合，提供開發所需要的軟韌體支援 **依學經歷薪資調整

Education & Experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on server, data center or RAN hardware. • Experience in designing and architecting rack-level and system-level mechanical solutions. • Hands-on experience in thermal, structural, and mechanical system design for high-performance computing. Technical Skills • CAD software proficiency (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar). • Strong knowledge of thermal management (heat sinks, liquid cooling, airflow optimization..). • Expertise in sheet metal, plastics, and die-casting design and manufacturing processes. • Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for structural and thermal simulations. • Experience with server chassis design, PCB and component integration, and EMI shielding. • Understanding of rack-level power and cooling infrastructure. Industry Knowledge & Standards • Familiarity with server industry standards. • Knowledge of data center environments and operational constraints. Soft Skills & Leadership • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, thermal, and manufacturing engineers. • Experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles. • Good communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.

1.設備組裝或發包購買 2.機台的加工、組裝作業、安排操作程序 3.針對研發之產品設備功能測試、檢測其可行性，保持機械順利地運轉 4.從事工程設備使用現場安裝，技術服務及支援等工作 5.偵測出錯誤，做處理，寫報告書供相關人員參考，並適時做解說測試過程，及使用測試方式或軟體，以利技術人員找出解決方案
