【職務內容】 1. OPTICS technical service in customer site and test in Lab 2. Provide remote and on-site technical service (RTS/OTS) according to customer’s requirement 3. On-call arrangement during holiday / weekend/ hours after work (average 2 weeks/per month rotate) 4. Provide trouble shooting report (RCA report) and service record signed back by customer on-time. 5. Co-work with colleagues and hardware repair team. 6. Join customer review meeting on demand 7. Self-study and join technical training/skill training /mandatory training from Web portal. 8. 【職務內容】 1. Write the MOP/SOP by follow regional system architecture/designer HLD and LLD 2. Communicate with TPC customer on the change scope and MOP/SOP details 3. Execute the change request on approved timeline ( night shift might be required ) 4. Verify the change results and report back to management team 5. Feedback any issue concern to SA and co-work with SA to find RCA if issue occurred 6. Summarize the change and verification result to have a workshop session with customer to share experience as and OJT delivery to TPC customer 7. Support TPC customer daily operation to identify network potential risk, identify if anything relevant with optimization change objects which recently done 1.根據區域系統架構設計師提供的 HLD（高階設計）與 LLD（低階設計），撰寫 MOP/SOP 作業文件 2.與 TPC 客戶溝通異動範圍與作業步驟（MOP/SOP）細節 3. 按照核准時程執行異動作業（可能需值班/夜班） 4. 驗證異動結果並回報給管理團隊 5. 若出現問題，回報 SA 並與其合作找出根本原因（RCA） 6. 彙整異動與驗證結果，與客戶舉辦 workshop 分享經驗，並作為對客戶的 OJT（在職訓練） 7. 協助客戶每日網路維運，辨識潛在風險，確認是否與近期優化異動項目有關
