Organization Scope Directly lead Master Planning, Factory Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling, and Logistics coordination (matrix/partial); own end-to-end planning from demand to production execution. 2. Demand Translation & Planning Ownership Translate forecasts and orders into executable plans; own S&OP and MPS; align demand with capacity and material constraints; establish a single planning baseline. 3. Capacity & Production Planning Manage capacity and bottlenecks (e.g., SMT, testing, repair, assembly); drive mitigation (overtime, outsourcing, expansion); develop executable weekly/daily plans optimizing line loading, sequencing, and utilization. 4. Material & Delivery Commitment Ensure material readiness with Procurement; identify and escalate risks; own delivery commitments; monitor plan vs. actual and drive corrective actions. 5. Factory Utilization & Systems Governance Maintain optimal utilization (＞85–90％); balance efficiency and flexibility; manage planning systems (MRP/ERP/APS); ensure accuracy of key parameters (BOM, lead time, routing, capacity). 6. Cross-Functional Coordination & Decision Support Act as central interface across SCM, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Program Management; drive alignment and resolve conflicts; provide data-driven scenario analysis to support decision-making and proactive planning.

【Job Summary】 We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee our end-to-end global logistics and local warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage international supply chain flows, secure trade compliance, and optimize day-to-day warehouse frameworks for electronics manufacturing. This role requires an operational leader who enforces data accuracy across SAP, global ERP systems and WMS to maintain a single source of truth, optimizing both international transit pipelines and physical inventory velocity. 【Key Responsibilities】 1. Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for international trade compliance, managing Importer of Record (IOR) and Exporter of Record (EOR) processes. 2. Mitigate international shipping risks, including transit delays, customs inspections, and cargo damage, ensuring resilient on-time delivery (OTD). 3. Oversee physical warehouse frameworks, materials handling, and raw/finished goods inventory management for PCBA components and products. 4. Develop and enforce rigid Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for local receiving, high-density storage, kitting, cycle counting, and outbound dispatch. 5. Maintain absolute data integrity across SAP, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to serve as the organization‘s single source of truth, ensuring consistent and accurate inventory and operational data throughout all core business systems. 6. Negotiate contracts, establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and manage ongoing partnerships with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers and freight forwarders. 7. Align closely with internal planning, sourcing, and project management teams to coordinate volume forecasts and capacity readiness.
