我們是專業社區物業與保全樓管服務團隊，主要協助社區大樓與住戶進行管理、財務與行政事務處理，服務對象以社區住戶、管委會及相關合作廠商為主，致力於提供安全、穩定且高品質的管理服務。 備註：職務名稱為「北六處-三重區財務秘書」，實際工作地點依公司及社區管理需求調整。 工作內容： 一、負責社區財務相關帳務處理與記錄，包括管理費及各項代收費用之登錄、分類、核對與建檔，確保資料正確無誤。 二、協助製作及整理各項財務報表，例如收支明細、應收應付帳齊表、預算與決算報表，供管委會及主管決策參考。 三、處理管理費及各項費用之催收、核銷與對帳作業，定期與銀行往來，辦理匯款、入帳及帳務查詢。 四、負責發票或收據之開立、彙整與保管，協助後續稅務申報及相關資料提供。 五、管理社區財務文件與合約資料，進行整理、建檔及歸檔，並追蹤簽核流程，確保文件即時性與可追溯性。 六、協助零用金及日常費用之申請、審核及報支，控管各項費用使用情形，維持良好財務紀律。 七、配合社區例行會議（如管委會、區分所有權人會議）製作財務相關簡報與會議資料，並負責會議記錄與決議事項追蹤。 八、與住戶、管委會及外部廠商保持良好溝通，說明財務相關事項，協助解答帳務疑問並提出專業建議。 九、支援行政主管交辦之其他財務及一般行政事務，確保社區財務與行政運作順暢。 如果你具備細心、具責任感並對財務與社區管理工作有興趣，歡迎加入我們的團隊。這個職務將讓你在保全樓管與社區財務管理領域累積扎實經驗，期待你的履歷投遞，與我們一同提供住戶更安心、更專業的生活環境。
