Job purpose and responsibilities Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions for both Fiskars Taiwan, Georg Jensen Taiwan and other necessary legal entities in mainland China and Hong Kong. Accountant duties is to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks. A successful accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to produce financial reports and forecasts. She/he need to be skillful with ERP system of AX, U8, Power BI and HFM The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating a team of Finance in international environment. She/he need to be fluent in English communication with global stake holder to work independently. She/he also needs to be closely worked with finance group in Mainland China and Hong Kong with designated Job scope. Responsibilities  Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.  Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.  Analyse financial information and summarize financial status.  Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.  Provide technical support and advice on Management Accounting.  Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.  Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.  Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.  Provide input into department‘s goal setting process.  Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.  Assist with tax audits and tax returns.  Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.  Plan, assign and review staff’s work.  Support month-end and year-end close process.  Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.  Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.

1. 依風險評估結果擬定年度稽核計劃，據出具稽核報告，針對稽核缺失提出建議，並追蹤後 續改善情況。 2. 覆核公司及子公司內部控制自行評估作業。 3. 評估檢視公司各單位內部控制制度之修訂、執行，協助流程改善及現行制度規章程序優化 4. 協助子公司內控建立及稽核工作之執行。 5. 不定期之專案性稽核。 6. 其他主管交辦事項處理。

1. 規劃及檢討公司會計作業流程，並覆核各項會計作業，以符合財會及稅務之規定。 2. 定期核閱財務報表，並針對異常項目進行分析檢討。 3. 解決並督導關係企業帳務處理及覆核其財務報表。 4. 檢討每月各營運單位之營運結果、預算執行績效報告。 5. 提供並分析其他管理決策所需之管理會計資訊。 6. 覆核並督導編製關係企業三書表，以因應法令要求。 7. 按期向經營階層提出經會計師簽證之查核報告及年報等報告書。 8. 覆核定期及不定期公告與向主管機關申報之各項資訊。 9. 決議與覆核各項資金調度作業之執行。 10. 依據公司營運與資金需求狀況，擬定各項籌資方案。 11. 運用資本市場各項工具來降低公司營運資金成本，並藉此提升員工向心力及股東權益價值。 12. 覆核公司各項稅務申報及問題處理。 13. 覆核並督導編製股東可扣抵稅額帳戶以因應股東申報所得需求。 14. 瞭解全球租稅規定與變化，藉以規劃公司整體稅務問題。 **需要同時間，有多家公司帳務經驗**

1.參與公開發行及IPO規劃及執行。 2.內部控制、內部稽核制度及相關管理辦法之建立及修訂。 3.規劃及執行內部稽核作業、年度稽核計畫，出具相關報告及追蹤改善。 4.協助風險控管，並提供改進建議、追蹤流程，確保內部控制持續有效實施。 5.配合外部稽核查核及資料準備。 6.追蹤覆查會計師或外部稽核查核、內部稽核單位與自行查核所提列之改善事項。 7.依規定向主管機關公告申報各項作業。 8.執行交辦之各項專案查核。 9.主管交辦事項。

1. Conduct audit planning and undertake audit engagements as assigned by Manager of IT Audit. 2. Plan, execute and complete all audits in accordance with departmental and professional standards. 3. Execute audits that primarily deal with technology in the areas of IT infrastructure, processes, applications, operations, security and emerging technologies. 4. Use data analytics to increase effectiveness and efficiency of audit coverage 5. Work on initiatives to increase the effectiveness, value and reputation of the audit department such as automation or risk assessments. 6. Advise and apprise promptly IT Audit Manager and / or Head of Audit for Taiwan of major risks, controls and regulatory issues arisen during the audit. 7. Maintain key relationships with middle level management and stakeholders, raise potential risk and control issues to audit management through continuous monitoring for areas designated by IT Audit Manager.

1. 執行農產品產銷履歷、有機驗證相關稽核與查驗作業 2. 農政單位拜訪及維繫 3. 主管交辦事項。 資格條件 1. 學士(含)以上，農業或食品科學相關科系畢業者佳。 2. 曾參加本校舉辦「有機及產銷履歷農產品驗證稽核人員訓練」並合格結業者優先錄取 3. 具農業生產相關實務或農產品驗證稽核等相關經驗者優先錄取(請檢附相關文件)。 4. 須熟悉電腦基本操作、文書處理、簡報製作及資料彙整。 5. 具服務熱忱，工作態度積極認真、細心嚴謹，責任感與抗壓性強、擅長溝通協調、團隊配合度高，能獨立處理臨時突發狀況。 【 通過考核並完成學校聘任程序後，依照「國立中興大學計畫專任助理薪資標準表」(附件一)辦理薪資核報 】。

統籌會計部門日常財務運作與流程規劃，確保財務正確、順暢。 督導月結、年結作業，覆核財務報表。 完成財務報表及稅務報表檢核。 完成各場地月結成本結轉作業。 協調各部門溝通。
