✨ 「用數據鏈結跨國營運，用 AI 重新定義財務分析的精準與速度。」 我們正在招募一位財務規劃分析師，以強化集團的成本分析能力，並帶領團隊推動營運效率議題。 您將主導爭鮮集團跨品牌業務的成本及庫存分析，並推動相關工具與流程，使我們的報表更精準有效率！ 工作內容如下: ■成本與毛利分析 –成本分析： 分析台灣各品牌的成本結構（人力、租金、銷貨成本 、配送及營業費用）；識別驅動因素、差異與改善機會。 –工廠與採購： 協助廠區營運與採購的彙整與分析，包含價格/數量追蹤與產量/良率分析。 –門店與渠道經濟： 提供門市損益表分析內用及外送獲利的收支平衡。 Key Responsibilities C O S T & M A R G I N A N A L Y S I S – Cost analysis — analyse cost structures across brands in Taiwan (labour, rent, COGS, delivery and overheads); identify drivers, variances and improvement opportunities. – Factory & procurement — support consolidation and analysis of Taiwan factory operations and procurement, including price/volume tracking and yield analytics. – Store & channel economics — contribute to store-level P&L, break-even and dine-in vs. delivery profitability analysis. ■提升營運效率與系統 –AI 工具匯入與應用： 導入用於報表、分析與研究的 AI 工具，縮短時間以達到更高效的工作。 –加速月底結帳： 標準化並精簡關帳至報表產出的流程，縮短報表產生天數以及減少人為運算影響。 –數據整合與同步： 建置並維護一致的跨市場數據，使每項產出皆來自單一且同步的數據中心。 O P E R A T I O N A L E F F I C I E N C Y & S Y S T E M S – AI tool implementation — deploy and support AI-assisted tools for reporting, analysis and research, freeing analyst time for higher-value work. – Month-end close acceleration — standardise and streamline the close-to-report cycle to shorten days-toreport with fewer manual touches. – Data integration & synchronisation — build and maintain a consistent, cross-market data backbone so every deliverable draws from one synchronised source of truth. ■報表與專案分析 –管理報表： 負責產出爭鮮集團營運五個國家之日、週、月及季度常態性報表。 –臨時商業分析： 提供定價、情境分析與商業分析，提供財務長與管理層決策建議。 R E P O R T I N G & A D - H O C – Management reporting — support recurring daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting across the five markets. – Ad-hoc commercial analysis — deliver pricing, scenario and commercial analysis to support CFO and management decisions.
