It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade. Responsibilities: 1. Develop strategy and annual plans as key planner, to engage overseas students at all degree levels and help them know better about TSMC 2. Develop creative ways and oversee plan execution to ensure our student engagement programs continue to be an effective approach to deliver an attractive employer brand for TSMC 3. Establish and maintain relationships with university faculty, career center staff and professors to help increase brand exposure on campus and collect information from various channels for internal share. 4. Gather and analyze overseas student talent market to offer insights to relevant stakeholders in determining recruitment strategies and sourcing plan. 5. The Sustainability Engagement & Strategy Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s ESG communication strategies. This role focuses on enhancing stakeholder sustainability awareness and driving meaningful action through creative campaigns, strategic content dissemination, and multi-channel engagement. The role requires direct engagement with the company’s executive management team to align ESG initiatives with corporate strategy and business goals. The manager will oversee projects, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with global ESG standards. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement creative ESG engagement strategies to raise sustainability awareness and influence stakeholder behavior. 2. Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including events, digital marketing, and corporate initiatives. 3. Create high-impact multilingual ESG content tailored to diverse audiences across different platforms. 4. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including direct collaboration with the executive management team, to promote ESG initiatives and foster long-term engagement. 5. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize impact. 6. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. As a Global Inclusion (Senior) Specialist, you will be at the forefront of creating an inclusive environment with sense of belonging. This role is ideal for someone who is agile, open-minded, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to manage and enable corporate inclusion initiatives (including ERGs sponsorship and ESG projects) that advance people experience/engagement and sustainability.
