Review and analyze system generated demand (via Oracle ERP), generate & issue purchase orders; run and follow-up on open order reports; expedite requests to suppliers via phone/email to ensure timely receipt of material(s) to support internal demand requirements. Working closely with Strategic Sourcing, program manager, design engineer to recommend supplier based on their capacity. delivery, quality, compliance and cost. Daily job also includes purchase order problem resolution, including order receiving issues, A/P issues, material returns, and non-conforming materials. Interface with multiple internal customers & support teams (including Program & Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Receiving, Quality, Customer Service Administration, Contracts, Legal, and other Procurement disciplines.) 【Responsibilities】 •Active Directory Administration •Limited support for corporate mobile devices •Familiarity with cloud applications (Microsoft and 3rd party) •Troubleshooting Cisco VPN connectivity •Remediating/minimizing anti-virus threats •Remote connection/utilization •Imaging and deployment server utilization •Asset lifecycle management skills •Various browser support (IE, Chrome, Safari, etc.) •Installation/configuration of various software packages •Installation/configuration of Security Software •Printer/driver troubleshooting & installation. •IPT based Telephony Device Management •ServiceNow (ticket management) utilization •Vendor engagement (as needed) •Cross-team interaction and collaboration •Standard device imaging via USB/PXE server(s) •(Teams or Webex) Video conference equipment support Additional responsibilities may include: •Documentation (records) management •On-boarding (Training) of new hires •Conference room support •Limited support for Mac OS and hardware •End user equipment moves (disconnect/reconnect) •End user support for Senior Leadership Team and executives per instructions.
