Coordinate & facilitate the compensation planning process. 2. Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures. 3. Collect and analyze compensation data to identify trends and insights; prepare reports, presentations to communicate findings. 4. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, address employee queries regarding compensation policies & programs. 5. Maintain effective communication channels to ensure timely resolution of issues. 6. Implement compensation & benefits policies and procedures, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
