Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing strategies that align People Vision, Global Inclusive Workplace Statement, with actionable projects, ensuring measurable success and a lasting positive business impact. Responsibilities: The role is expected to be agile, resilient, open-minded, and self-motivated to foster a global inclusive workplace, including but not limited to 1. Global Inclusive Workplace (GIW) project management – Manage GIW projects from plan, implementation to completion in a timely manner with effective cross-functional teams’ collaborations; update inclusion management rules to make sure fulfilling global trends and compliance. 2. Stakeholder engagement and communications – Manage and develop GIW content and communication materials with multiple stakeholders from strategic perspectives through various platforms by measurable performance and assessment from short-term to long-term goals. 3. Employee Resource Group (ERG) collaborations: foster an inclusive workplace by co-working with international ERG core team as an integrated HR sponsor role to bridge resources, develop management and ensure effective progress, success and sustainability; integrate cross-ERGs synergies by planning and implementing systematic approaches.
