* Coordinate and motivate the project group inside and outside to Deliver and close the project on time. * Maintain and manage the resident product complying with the company quality standard. * Interface with the Suzhou material’s team as needed. * Will need to interface with components suppliers. * Be a liaison between the design team and supplier * Will need to support design and manufacturing teams: * Test plan support with Taiwan and Suzhou test departments * Work with test departments to implement test plans * Work with Reliability to create and monitor FRACAs * Implement corrective actions per instructions from design teams. * Help develop test fixtures with test department * With manufacturing team to create PFMEAs * Provide support to create Work Instructions for assembly lines. * Aid manufacturing to design assembly line fixtures and End of Line testers * Work manufacturing to provide guidance for any online gauges per quality plan * Review and help disposition FPI’s * Understand SPAPP documentation * Work with SQE’s and Suppliers to review supplier quality plans. * Able to support prototype build during the early product development phase * Provide engineering support for NPD – Supplier Confirmation Builds (SCB) – Manufacturing Confirmation Build (MCB) – Production Build * Able to create and submitted REAs and CN’s * Other ask assigned by the leader.

【Job Description】 1. Lead software requirement discovery sessions with Product Manager and cross-functional team to gather, analyze, and document the requirement and user story. 2. Manage development and documentation of requirements to assure clear understanding from business perspective into technical feasibility. 3. Coordinate with stakeholders to validate and refine the overall design, ensuring alignment with Garmin’s business goals. 4. Collaborate with third-party service providers, the Development team, and the Engineering Business Development team to define and implement technical solutions in line with the project scope. 5. Work closely with the Development, Testing, API and UX teams to implement features and provide best customer experience. 6. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and plans; track milestones and deliverables. 7. Lead regular cross-site meetings to review project progress, address challenges, track action items, and update the risk register, ensuring the successful delivery of the project. 8. Identify project risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and drive timely resolutions. 9. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management. 【Qualification】 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Information Management or a related field. 2. 2-4 years of experience in software project management, including products like mobile app, web or device software. 3. Proven ability to lead cross-functional team from software requirement to launch on mobile app, web or device software. 4. Demonstrate superior analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements 5. Effectively manages and adapts to competing priorities, delivering timely solutions, which meet stakeholder expectations. 6. Strong problem-solving skills; quick to learn new concepts and technologies. 7. Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously 8. Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office and Project. 9. Agile/Scrum/Hybrid methodology experience and/or training 10. Fluent in English (TOEIC 860+ or equivalent), capable of independently hosting cross-site and international meetings. 11. Passion for sports, wellness, digital payment, or cutting-edge technology trends is highly valued.

- Develop Private Label business strategy in their own category - Analyze market research data and internal data before launching products - Work with MD National Category Manager and stores to develop and maintain private label products. - Work with suppliers and quality team to complete and update product handbook. - Packaging design briefing to packaging manager - Define category implementation rules and provide implementation guidebook to store. - Review Private Label selling price regularly and follow up the sales analysis. - Monitor sales and purchase price to achieve margin target. - Product material analysis. - Response to the evolution of customer to adjust the assortment and develop new items - Monitor and stock status to maintain the quality of stock - New supplier sourcing

From controlling product development process to solving manufacturing issues, we involve the project from NPI to MP phase to achieve project schedules and shipment target. 【Job Responsibilities】 ○ synchronize in-time information to both design and manufacturing team and make sure cross function team on the same page. ○ provide mitigation plan with cross function team when facing manufacturing/material/capacity issues. ○ work with factory team to achieve shipment target from NPI to MP phase. ○ work with engineering team/process team to solve manufacturing issues. ○ work with material/buyer team to ensure material delivery ○ work with process engineer/production planner to ensure production capacity 【Desired Skills and Experience】 ○ Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering related field ○ Must be familiar with new product development process of consumer electronics ○ Must be familiar with consumer electronics manufacturing process including SMT/optical bonding/system level assembly ○ Have experience leading cross function team to solve manufacturing/yield rate issues ○ Good to have experience of process engineer and project manager
